On February 4, three bills prepared by the Cabinet of Ministers that are
needed to liberalize the visa regime between Ukraine and the European Union
have been supported by the Parliament. In particular, there were amendments to
the Code of Administrative Justice on review by the courts of claims of forced
expulsion or detention with the view of identifying and ensuring the transfer
of a foreigner and a stateless person in accordance with international
agreements on readmission.
