The High Representative, #Mogherini, released a declaration on behalf of all EU Member States on the illegal annexation of #Crimea and the city of Sevastopol by the Russian Federation. Two years ago, Russia illegally annexed the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, a gross violation of international law and of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
