Verkhovna Rada
of Ukraine has sent the Prosecutor General Viktor Shokina resign. The
corresponding draft resolution was supported by 289 MPs №4122, RBC-Ukraine
reports.
"In
accordance with paragraph 25 of part one of Article 85 and part one of Article
122 of the Constitution of Ukraine Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves: to agree
to the dismissal of the President of Ukraine Viktor Shokina from the post of
the Prosecutor General of Ukraine", - stated in the document.
