IMF's loan for Ukraine - outlines show through

The President of Ukraine signed a number of laws approved by the Verkhovna Rada on March 2, the adoption of which is a condition of granting Ukraine credit extended by the International Monetary Fund.

Signed the Law № 217-VIII «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015 ", according to which the main financial indicators of the country brought in line with the macroeconomic realities.

Also signed the Law № 213-VIII «On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on pensions", under which temporarily limited the size of pensions to working pensioners.

In addition, the President signed the legislation, adopted on March 2:

Number 211-VIII «On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine", according to which the tax exempt charitable assistance to internally displaced persons;

Number 212-VIII «On Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine" regarding the expansion of the financial powers of local budgets;

Number 214-VIII «On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine with regard to officials of the income and charges";

Number 215-VIII «On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning the officials of controlling bodies";

Number 219-VIII «On Amendments to Section VIII« Final and transitional provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the collection and accounting of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance" on reducing the load on the wage fund, designed to promote the legalization of wages.
