Dnipropetrovsk region not to separate from Ukraine

Dnipropetrovsk region has not intended and does not intend to separate from Ukraine and will do everything to strengthen the country.
Deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Hennadiy Korban said this in a commentary to LIGABusinessInform media.
"People's assembly in Dnipropetrovsk is not our initiative. It was the initiative of public organizations. We are not going to separate from Ukraine. We are Ukrainians. Our main property is our home. We are ready to give all our assets to save the country. I am totally serious about that," Korban assured.
"However, we want one thing - keeping the promises. We want to see the process of decentralization. We have been set the fee of 2.9 million hryvnias to be daily paid to the treasury. We pay 150 million hryvnias," Korban said.
He also noted that the team of governor Ihor Kolomoisky continues to pay for the needs of the army, including the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their own money.
As a reminder, yesterday Ukrainian MP Andriy Denysenko said that a protest against the pressure of Kyiv on Dnipropetrovsk region authorities would be held in Dnipropetrovsk on Wednesday, March 25.
