The official list of banks that are under liquidation

Background.

The bank may be liquidated:

1) by the decision of the owners of the bank;

2) upon withdrawal of the National Bank of Ukraine banking license on its own initiative or at the suggestion of the Fund Deposit Guarantee.

National Bank of Ukraine has the right to revoke the banking license on its own initiative if:

1) revealed that the documents submitted to obtain a banking license, contain false information;

2) the bank has not executed any banking transactions within a year from a banking license;

3) The systematic infringement of the legislation on prevention and counteraction to legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime or financing of terrorism, threatening the interests of depositors and other creditors.
