National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has officially registered WebMoney as domestic settlement system, payment institutions which are non-bank institutions.
In the media the fact that the WebMoney is registered by the National Bank, called a good signal for the market and a sign that the legal basis for such systems in the country will be strengthened.
