the Government of Ukraine and, in particular, with the Ministry of Regional

project is very timely for Ukraine. The joint program presented by us
today will contribute to improve access and quality of services provided to
citizens by the authorities at the regional and local levels using the
e-governance tools. This will help to cut the time and reduce the cost of
providing services, increase transparency and minimize corruption risks and
ensure equal opportunities to acquire necessary services for urban and rural
population", said the Director of the Swiss Cooperation Office in Ukraine Guido

According to him, the E-GAP program is designed
to ensure use of advanced information and communication technologies to improve
the quality of management, intensify interaction between government and
citizens and promote social innovation in Ukraine.
