Foreigners will not get the right to vote in Luxembourg

78 percent of residents in a referendum voted against foreigners permission to take part in the parliamentary elections.

Residents of Luxembourg did not support the changes in the electoral law to allow permanent resident aliens to participate in the parliamentary elections.
