Such a cost was announced by the Head of the Department of Land Relations and Nature Management of the Institute of Agrarian Economics, Dr. Olga Khodakivska, in a comment to the correspondent of AgroPolit.com.
According to her, in case of lifting the moratorium, about 10.4% of owners intend to sell their land parcels. This means that the offer on the land market in the event of its introduction could amount to 1.5-2.8 million hectares of agricultural land.
According to the Institute of Agrarian Economics, for a third of land users (32%) eligible for the purchase of land is a price that does not exceed $ 500 / hectare.
