OSCE recognizes Russia as aggressor state

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) has recognized the facts of military aggression of Russia against Ukraine.
This is reported by the press service of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
"The Foreign Ministry welcomes the fact that overwhelming majority of members of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly approved two important resolutions, witnessing the fact of Russian armed aggression against our country and illicitness of detention of Ukrainian citizens in Russia," Foreign Ministry said in a commentary on the adoption of PA OSCE resolutions on Ukraine.

Thus, the resolution "The Continuation of Clear, Gross and Uncorrected Violations of OSCE Commitments and International Norms by the Russian Federation,” stipulates that Russia's actions in Crimea and Donbas are acts of military aggression against Ukraine. In addition, the OSCE calls in its resolution "Abducted and illegally detained Ukrainian citizens in the Russian Federation" on the Russian Federation to immediately release all the Ukrainians, who are illegally held in Russia.
