"On the prohibition of importation into the customs territory of Ukraine products originating in the Russian Federation "- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (December 30, 2015, №1147)

In connection with the introduction of the Government of the Russian Federation by a decision to ban the importation into the customs territory of the Russian Federation of goods for agricultural purposes, products and raw materials, originating from Ukraine, causing considerable damage and limit the realization of the legitimate rights and interests of foreign economic activity of Ukraine and in accordance with the part of the eleventh Article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "On Foreign Economic Activity" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Prohibit to 5 August 2016 importation into the customs territory of Ukraine of goods originating from the Russian Federation, according to the list in accordance with Annex.


2. This Decision shall enter into force on 10 January 2016.

3. This resolution becomes invalid 5 August 2016 or after the lifting of the ban the importation into the customs territory of the Russian Federation of goods for agricultural purposes, products and raw materials, originating from Ukraine.
