Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko considers the acquittal of former rector of the Tax Academy Petro Melnyk as evidence of the necessity to reform the judicial system.
He said this to journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.
"This may mean that the judicial system in our country requires amendments. It is rotten to the core, and it's obvious that it is necessary to amend the Constitution and change our judges," he said.
