The Dutch parliament has approved a treaty on MH17 trial - sentences in the case on the downing of flight MH17 over Donbas could be executed in Ukraine.
The court will be able to try suspects through video link, according to Deutsche Welle.
"Dutch lawmakers on Tuesday, June 12, approved a treaty signed between the Netherlands and Ukraine to ease the possible prosecution of those responsible for downing the Malaysian Boeing, including trying suspects through video link. The approved treaty stipulates that the prosecution of suspects will take place in a Dutch court, most likely in The Hague," the report says.
