Russia rejects 26 of 29 U.S. proposals for UN peacekeeping force in Donbas

During the November 13 meeting held in Belgrade between U.S. Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker and Russia’s top presidential aide Vladislav Surkov, the parties have discussed the possibility to deploy a UN peacekeeping mission in eastern Ukraine, TASS news agency reported quoting Surkov as saying following the meeting.
