President: Ukraine introduces new border-crossing rules for the citizens of the countries that pose risks for our state

Starting from January 1, 2018, Ukraine introduces the rules of crossing the border with biometric passports for the citizens of the countries that pose risks for Ukraine. It was stated by President Petro Poroshenko in the course of the conversation with the journalists in Kharkiv region.
