A new border regime for Russians – Part Deux

Last month an entry was published relating to the possible announcement and implications of a stricter border control relating to Russian citizens entering and exiting Ukraine.

The entry highlighted the long internal debate within the NSDC.  That between installing a Visa regime for Russians, or a slighter more nuanced and sensible solution once Crimean sensitivities were accounted for.
