The Donbas Blockade – Time for a Cabinet reshuffle?

Having been asked for a comment on the month-long andon-going blockade of the Donbas, it is perhaps worth viewing this event from a somewhat different aperture and writing a few lines using the Donbas Blockadeas the lens to peer through – as smudged and unclear as that focus may prove tobe, rather than looking in upon it.
