During a meeting with Director for Development and
Strategy of the Estonian e-Governance Academy in Kyiv we have
outlined a clear road map of implementation of the project #EGOV4UKRAINE
("Support for e-governance decentralization in Ukraine"). This is
another step facilitating the development of high quality services provision in
communities. This was announced by Vice Prime Minister/ Minister of Regional
Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadii Zubko.
He also noted that the roadmap
for the project will include the following objectives:
1) creation of a
single platform for interaction of all electronic registers and connecting to
it of the existing Administrative Services Centres (ASCs) at the level of
districts and regions;
2) development of a
standard technical solution – "place of operation" of ASCs in
Consolidated Communities with connecting them to the single platform.
"Such an approach has
been successfully introduced in Estonia. By late February we will elaborate a
uniform technical design specification to announce a tender for the purchase of
systems. Aftermath – development and implementation of universal and effective
IT architecture which will take at least six months," said Hennadii Zubko.
It’s worth noting that on
January 23 in the framework of the official visit of the Ukrainian delegation
to the Republic of Estonia headed by President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, Hennadii Zubko announced
about the arrangement with Estonia about signing of the Memorandum on
implementation of the project “Support for e-governance decentralization in
Ukraine” (EGOV4UKRAINE). The total EGOV4UKRAINE project cost is 5.7
million euros.
