Ukrainian parliament passed a law on removing administrative barriers to exports of services

Parliament adopted the Law on Amendments to Legislative Acts of Ukraine on elimination of administrative barriers to exports of services (№ 4496). The corresponding bill in the second reading was supported by 270 MPs.

The purpose of the law - to remove administrative barriers for companies involved in exporting services. In particular, the document provides for the conclusion of agreements by exchange of letters or billing invoice. That need not wait for regular mail original contracts when the service has actually provided.

This innovation:


▪ provide services to exporters the opportunity to enter into contracts not only in writing but also in electronic form;
▪ will sign the bill (invoice) electronic signature;
▪ consolidate ban for banks require translation of documents into the Ukrainian language, if they are made in English.


Also, by law, the bill (invoice) will be recognized as the primary document that should simplify procedures for accounting and financial reporting. Under the proposed changes, the bill (invoice) may be signed by a personal signature, analogue own hand signature, an electronic signature or electronic signature according to the law "On electronic digital signature".
