Yesterday, the delegation of
the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine headed by the Director of the
Department of Defence Policy, Strategic Planning and International Cooperation
of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major-General Anatoly Petrenko
took part in the 22nd meeting of the Ukrainian-French commission on bilateral defensecooperation.
During the meeting, the sides
discussed regional security issues and bilateral cooperation in the defensesector.
Following the event, they signed a plan of bilateral cooperation between the
Ministry of Defense, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and
the Ministry of Defense and Staff of the French Republic for 2017.
