On August 6, 2016, in the
presence of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and President of Indonesia
Joko Widodo the Agreement on Cooperation in Defense Sphere between the Cabinet
of Ministers of Ukraine and Government of Indonesia has been signed by Minister
of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin and Minister of
Defense of Indonesia Ryamizard Ryacudu.
“The given Agreement will
significantly broaden our opportunities on military-technical, defense and
logistics cooperation,” Petro Poroshenko said delivering the press
statement with the Indonesian President in Jakarta.
The President thanked
Indonesian partners for openness and reliability.
