Secretary of
the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov
announced the successful test of the missile which was made in Ukraine.
"We began
to fire test missiles of Ukrainian production, and today's launch showed that
our rocket has fully complied with the planned objectives, and hit right on
target" - the words of A.Turchinova was quoted by press service of the National Security
Council on Tuesday.
According to
information, Turchynov was present at the site, where there were test launches
of Ukrainian rocket. According to him, the restoration of a missile shield
"is one of the priorities for defense and security of our country."
NSDC Secretary
noted that in contrast to the Russian counterpart, Ukrainian rocket production
- controllable, "that can significantly increase the effectiveness of
their application."
