Ukrainian Bar Association has the pleasure of
launching a new large-scale event - Conference on Agrarian Law,
which will be held March 25, 2016 at Radisson BLU Hotel Kyiv.
This specialized event will cover the whole range of
business activities of agricultural companies in Ukraine, the legal basis for
entering foreign markets and the current state policy in this key sector of
Ukrainian economy.
We offer you to talk about the state regulation of
agriculture in Ukraine, consider the practical application of the benefits
provided by EU-Ukraine Agreement on Association, take a glimpse at the
successful cases of conquering foreign markets and switching the geography of
sales by Ukrainian agricultural companies.
Representatives of the business and legal community
will have the opportunity to get firsthand information about the upcoming
changes in the state regulation of the industry and question representatives of
governmental bodies and institutions. The conference program will also cover
the issues of taxation and protection of business.
We will welcome as speakers the representatives of
large agricultural companies, top officials of the Ministry on Agrarian Policy
and Food of Ukraine and other state bodies, well-known associates and managers
of law firms.
