Ukrainian businessman #Igor_Kolomoisky structure sued #Russia in the Permanent
Court of Arbitration at The Hague (case number 2015-29), according to the
Court's website. The lawsuit filed Lugzor ( «Lugzor»), Libset ( «Libset»),
Ukrinterinvest ( «Ukrinterinvest»), DniproAzot ( «DneprAzot") and Aberon (
«Aberon"). Russian representatives to participate in the proceedings is
not appointed.
Recall,
"Naftogaz Ukraine" after Igor Kolomoisky starts the process for
obtaining compensation for nationalized assets in the Crimea. While the
company, which estimates the lost property in the Crimea at least $ 3 billion,
wants to negotiate with Russia, but then refer the matter to arbitration.
