Upon completing this course you will be able to:
  • Understand the basics of contract law and drafting principles
  • Identify the sources of airline contract law, such as international air law, interline and marketing, and distribution agreements between airlines
  • Analyze contracts that exist between the airline and the passenger
  • Review aircraft and engine purchase agreements, aircraft charter, and wet and dry leases
  • Demonstrate the creation and management of airline ground handling agreements, catering agreements and outsourcing agreements
