Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte called on Friday for the establishment
of an international tribunal to try those responsible for last year's MH17 air
crash in Ukraine.
"A UN tribunal is the best option to prosecute those responsible
for the MH17 disaster, as it is the best chance to get them before a court of
law," Rutte, whose country had the greatest number of nationals among the
298 victims, told journalists at a weekly press conference.
