From the end of July, Ukraine as the other beneficiary
countries will be able to export to the United States about 5,000 items of
goods in duty-free treatment. Such opportunities our country has received under
the renovation program of the General System of Preferences (GSP) of the United
States, which will run from 29 July 2015 to 31 December 2017.
GSP program concerns the most common in the
production of goods, a large number of types of chemicals, minerals and
building stone, jewelry, many types of carpets and certain products of
agriculture and fishing.
To use the benefits of duty-free treatment in the
United States GSP system, Ukraine has to demonstrate the existence of effective
protection of intellectual property rights and labor rights, and Ukrainian
companies - eligibility rules of origin.
"For its part, the importers in the United States
must apply for granting GSP preferences program. According to the latest
changes, they also have the right to a refund of fees that have been spravleno
are covered by the Act concerning the products after the expiry of the GSP
