Ukrainian customers can now send and receive payments between family and friends, and we are temporarily waiving our fees for all Ukrainian accounts. Exchange rates and third party fees may still apply.
To enable Ukrainian customers can send and receive critical funds quickly, PayPal are temporarily waiving our fees.
Ukrainian and international customers can send funds to Ukrainian PayPal accounts or receive funds in Ukrainian PayPal accounts. Exchange rates and fees charged by a customer’s card issuer and bank may still apply.
Sending and receiving money is temporarily free
Fees will be waived until March 31, 2024.
