Littop Enterprises Ltd.,
Dridgemоnt Ventures Ltd. and Bordo Management Ltd. (all based
in Cyprus and under control of Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov),
minority shareholders in public joint-stock company Ukrnafta, have claimed that
Ukraine is to pay $4.67 billion in the lawsuit over Ukrnafta head in the
Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, ZN.UA publication
has reported.
The sum includes $2.063
billion as loss of dividends, $0.932 billion as fines and $1.679 billion as the
loss of shares.
Littop Enterprises Ltd.,
Dridgemоnt Ventures Ltd. and Bordo Management Ltd. say that
Ukrnafta's gas was seized and sold by national joint-stock company Naftogaz
Ukrainy at the price lower than prices on the market, and the royalty for
Ukrnafta was set too high.
The claimants also said that
the corporate structure of Ukrnafta was changed and persons appointed by the
investors were removed from Ukrnafta management.
The press service of Ukrnafta
has declined to comment the lawsuit.
