Russians are forbidden to participate in the privatization in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada adopted a law prohibiting the participation in the privatization of the representatives of the aggressor countries.

"To strengthen the protection of national interests in the process of reforming property relations is proposed not to allow the privatization process as a customer to the ultimate beneficial owner (controller) legal entities or related entities, registered in states which are recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of the aggressor State of Ukraine or which are applied sanctions in accordance with the law, legal entities, the owner of any number of shares (stakes) which is a resident of the state, recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the aggressor state, and the state, which are recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the #aggressor_state.

And to extend this restriction on individuals or related persons having the nationality of the state, recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the aggressor state, or who sanctioned in accordance with the law."
