The
Verkhovna Rada has supported in the second reading and the whole bill №2250
"On the natural gas market."
As
reported, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on April 9 the natural gas market.
When viewed
in the hall of parliament confirmed the amendment, according to which the
government prohibited the use of gas pipelines by private operators on the
rights of business (free). This lease or concession of gas distribution systems
is not prohibited.
The main
purpose of the bill is the creation of an effective competitive environment in
the natural gas market, taking into account the basic requirements of EU law,
including the Directive 2009/73 / EC of the European Parliament concerning
common rules for the internal market in natural gas and Regulation 715/2009 of
the European Parliament on the conditions of access to networks transmission of
natural gas.
According
to People's Deputy faction "Popular Front" Semerak, the bill is one
of the conditions for approval of $ 17.5 billion IMF loan Ukraine on a new
program for increased funding.
