The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has obliged commercial banks to provide a list of all persons connected with the financial institution in question, as of May 1 this year, by May 29.
The corresponding decision is stipulated in NBU resolution No. 315 of May
12, which is available on the website of the National Bank which takes effect
on May 15.
According to the resolution, prior to the regulator's introduction of the
appropriate form of statistical reporting, the banks are required, each month

persons.
Among such affiliated people are the bank's supervisors and its direct and
indirect shareholders who hold a significant stake, bank managers, members of
the banking group, and related and affiliated persons and the banks' major
owners.
In addition, the NBU by the same resolution approved regulations on
defining persons affiliated with banks.
