Law on Central Bank's credit register becomes effective in Ukraine from March 4

Law No. 7114-d on amendments to certain laws of Ukraine on establishing and maintaining of the credit register of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) became effective on March 4. The law was published on the website of the parliament's newspaper Holos Ukrayiny (Voice of Ukraine).

This law shall be applicable two months after it became effective. The provisions obliging banks to submit information about their loan operations to the credit register will come into force from April 1, 2018.
