Document: Law Firms Implicated in New Weinstein Class Action

The complaint in New York federal district court alleged law firms, corporate executives and entertainment industry members were among the participants in what the lawsuit called the "Weinstein Sexual Enterprise."

Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro on Wednesday filed a class action civil racketeering case in New York federal court against Harvey Weinstein, the Weinstein Company and Miramax LLC, among other defendants. The firm filed a related case last month in California federal court.
