Finance Ministry publishes draft national budget for 2016

The Ukrainian Finance Ministry has posted a draft national budget for 2016 on its website.

In particular, the document sets the minimum subsistence level per person at UAH 1,330 as of January 1, 2016, UAH 1,399 as of May 1, and UAH 1,496 as of December 1.

According to the document, the minimum monthly wage per person is set at UAH 1,378 as of January 1, UAH 1,450 as of May1, UAH 1,550 as of December 1, and the minimum wage per person per hour is set in the amount of UAH 8.29 as of January 1, UAH 8.69 as of May 1, and UAH 9.29 as of December 1.

The draft national budget envisages the revenues for 2016 in the amount of UAH 598 billion, including the revenues of general fund – UAH 564 billion, and the revenues of the special fund – UAH 33 billion.



The expenditures of the national budget are set in the amount of UAH 673.9 billion, including the expenditures of the general fund – UAH 638 billion, and the expenditures of the special fund – UAH 35 billion.
