Pursuant to the Law of Ukraine "On Prosecution" in the structure of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine established anti-corruption prosecutor (who acts as an independent structural unit) - Order of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokina September 22, 2015
Composition of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor: management of procedural management, maintenance of public prosecution and representation in court, and two divisions: analytical and statistical and documentary support.
According to the law on anti-corruption prosecutor assigned the following functions: supervise the observance of laws during the pre-trial investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine; maintenance of public prosecution in the proceedings and the representation of citizens or the state in court in cases stipulated by this law and related with corruption.
