President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed a decree "On the Judiciary Reform Strategy, legal proceedings and related institutions in the 2015-2020 years."
The decree provides for the adoption of the Strategy of reforming the judicial system, court proceedings and related legal institutions for the years 2015-2020 and taking note approved by the Council on Judicial Reform Action Plan for the implementation of the strategy.
The Cabinet of Ministers was commissioned to determine the mechanism of implementation of the action plan and report annually, before 1 April, the state of implementation of the plan.
