The twenty-eighth day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion began.

The grouping of defense forces continues to conduct a defensive operation in the Eastern, South-Eastern and North-Eastern directions.

In the Eastern direction, operational groupings of troops operate in the Donetsk, Slobozhansky and eastern parts of the Tavrichesky operational areas. They do not give the enemy the opportunity to resume the offensive in the direction of Slavyansk and part of the forces on the settlement of Lozovaya. Restrain the advance of the enemy in the direction of Zaporozhye.

The grouping of the combined forces is holding back the advance of the invader in the direction of the cities of Popasnaya and Kurakhovo. Carries out all-round defense of Mariupol.

In the North-East direction, the defense operation continues in a certain operational zone.

The main efforts are focused on covering the state border, deterring the enemy offensive in the area of ​​​​the settlement of Malin.

In the Seversk region, the grouping of troops holds the defense of Chernigov and holds back the advance of the enemy in the direction of Kyiv.

A defense operation is being carried out in the South-Eastern direction, supporting the actions of ground forces and individual units, defending bases and seaports in the Black Sea operational zone. The defense of Nikolaev and the settlements of the Nikolaev region continues.

Our defenders hold back the enemy in the directions to Krivoy Rog and Novovorontsovka, carry out a stabilization operation, and carry out territorial defense tasks.

Active actions of enemy aircraft and strikes using missiles over the past 24 hours have been noted.

The grouping of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repels concentrated missile and air strikes and enemy air attacks, provides air defense cover for important Ukrainian facilities and groupings of troops.

Over the previous day, more than 17 enemy air targets were hit (6 aircraft, 5 UAVs, 1 helicopter and 5 cruise missiles. In addition, the Air Force aircraft inflicted crushing blows on enemy equipment and manpower and hit enemy cruise missiles.

Covert mobilization continues on the territory of the Russian Federation in order to make up for the losses of the personnel of the occupying group of troops operating in the war on the territory of Ukraine. The military commissariats are trying to involve former servicemen in the service and signing the relevant contracts, preferring those who already have combat experience.

On the territory of Belarus, representatives of the opposition forces and not indifferent citizens, condemning the assistance of the current illegitimate government of the Russian Federation in the war with Ukraine, partially disabled the railway communication between Belarus and Ukraine. At the same time, according to available information, there is an active movement of Russian and Belarusian military equipment across the territory of the Republic of Belarus and its further accumulation along the Ukrainian border.

The enemy in some directions is demoralized. So, during the assault on the city of Mariupol, in one of the special forces involved in active hostilities, less than 10% of the personnel are ready to continue participating in the war, the rest are killed, wounded, sick or demoralized.
