Back to Bessarabia – SBU

It is several years since the first mention of the Kremlin instigated Potemkin manifestation of the “People’s Council of Bessarabia” appeared at the blog.

Since then it has featured several times (indeed too oft to link to all, so a reader may wish to make use of the “Search” facility of the blog for “Bessarabia” and “Kisse”), the last time almost a year ago.

Why Kisse?  As one of the aforementioned links states – “It has been several years since the blog noted the rise and subsequent failure of the Kremlin backed “People’s Council of Bessarabia” in the southwest of Odessa Oblast.
