5th April – The beginning of a new Natsec and Defence legislative architecture?

A few weeks ago the blog penned (or rather typed) a few lines for The Jamestown Foundation (as it occasionally does) relating to much needed legislative national security upgrades.

That article was written when the March 19^th 2018 witnessed the Verkhovna Rada committee charged with national security and defense delay the progress of Draft Law 8068 “On National Security” submitted by President Poroshenko on February 28th 2018.  This following a previous delay on March 15^th.
