Ukraine going to seize Gazprom's international assets

Ukraine's government expects to recover $8.5 billion from Gazprom under the Stockholm ruling and a decision by Ukraine's Anti-Monopoly Committee.

Ukraine is going to seize international assets of Russia's gas giant Gazprom if it fails to comply with the ruling of a Stockholm arbitration court. "[I've] also instructed the Justice Ministry to coordinate actions with Naftogaz's heads on the possible seizure of Gazprom's assets worldwide in the event of its failure to comply with the rulings of the Stockholm Arbitration," Groysman tweeted on Wednesday.
