No threat to gas transit via Ukraine: Gazprom CEO

Miller predicts that the legal process of termination of gas supply and transit contracts with Ukraine could take up to two years. 

"There are no risks" for gas transit to Europe via Ukraine, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller said during a meeting with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. "The termination of contracts is not a very fast procedure. Apparently, it will take about a year and a half or two, but at present, there are no risks for the transit of gas to Europe via Ukraine," Miller said, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Russia.
