The majority of investors are content with the reforms and progress demonstrated by Ukraine - meeting between the President of Ukraine and the Federal Chancellor of Austria

During his working visit to Austria, President Petro Poroshenko discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues with Federal Chancellor of Austria Sebastian Kurz.
"We discussed our further economic, political, cultural and social cooperation," the Head of State said during the joint press conference with the Federal Chancellor of Austria.
"I was very pleased to hear before the trip to Vienna and from the Federal Chancellor that most Austrian companies, most investors are satisfied with the reforms and progress currently demonstrated by Ukraine," Petro Poroshenko said and thanked the Austrian side for supporting our reforms.

"I am convinced that this is a very powerful incentive to improve the investment climate, increase the investment attractiveness and ensure the investment and economic growth of our state," he added.
The President thanked Sebastian Kurz for his personal support for Ukraine in the issue of introducing the visa-free regime for the citizens of our country, ensuring the ratification of the Association Agreement, introducing a deep and comprehensive free trade area with the EU, which "opens up completely new opportunities for cooperation".
The Federal Chancellor, in turn, noted that Austria is very close with Ukraine, both historically and economically. He also noted active human contacts.
Sebastian Kurz emphasized the importance of continuing positive trends in bilateral cooperation and thanked Petro Poroshenko for an intensive dialogue.
