Ukrainian President signed the Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine on Public Procurements and several other Laws of Ukraine on the Monitoring of Procurements

The Law enables the state financial control bodies to efficiently monitor procurements to prevent violations in this sphere and ensure that the buyers comply with legislation at all stages of procurement. The Law will prevent losses of public funds by increasing control over the public procurement. It also creates conditions for overcoming corruption in this sphere.
