All terms agreed: prisoner swap between Ukraine, militants scheduled for Dec 27

Following a Monday meeting held in Moscow between Patriarch of Moscow and Russia Kirill and the leaders of pro-Russian Donbas militants who control parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Alexander Zakharchenko and Leonid Pasechnik, Kirill said the exchange of prisoners would be held on December 27, according to an UNIAN correspondent in Russia.
