Ukrainian President put into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council on the General Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief

"In accordance with Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Defense of Ukraine" I resolve:

1. To implement the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated September 13, 2017 "On the General Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief" (attached for official use)."
