Hurricane Harvey has wreaked havoc upon the state of Texas, and left a path of destruction along a huge portion of the Gulf Coast. Images from the city of Houston show roof-high flooding and overwhelmed shelters, while authorities have asked that anyone who owns any sort of water craft help evacuate trapped residents.
