Ukrainian President about the continuation of the European sanctions: Sanctions give an opportunity for Russia to start fulfilling the Minsk agreements

In the course of the working trip to Brussels, President Petro Poroshenko held a series of meetings with leaders of the EU and discussed the continuation of sanctions against Russia until full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
