Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman counts on prompt adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the draft laws designed to trigger a large-scale privatization as well as considers it possible to ensure an effective sale of the Odessa Portside Plant with a new leadership of State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU).
